This Tucson company does drain and sewer repair, plumbing repair, water treatment, and even water heater repair. The company puts a large emphasis on customer statisfaction that only begins with diagnosing the problem. Each customer is given a range of repair choices and all quotes are all inclusive, no surprise charges. All of the work is 100% satisfaction guaranteed and the company follows up with the customer through e-mail and a survey. If the total bill is over $1500, a third party calls to confirm that the customer understands what work is going to be done and all the rights they have as a customer. In fact, Mr. Goodrich went so far as to give all of his employees training on understanding a person’s cognitive abilities and tactful ways to involve a family member if necessary. This whole process ensures customer satisfaction from start to finish.
The Sunny Plumber offers a maintenance plan called the Sunshine Club. This membership entitles customers to an annual flood prevention visit, which includes an extensive analysis of sinks, faucets, drains, and toilets as well as inspections of garbage disposals and water hardness levels. It also entitles members to several service discounts. Customers can go onto the website and read on their blog several tutorials on how to diagnose some of their own plumbing problems.
The Sunny Plumber had three separate locations: Tucson, Arizona; las Vegas, Nevada; and Corona, California. Altogether, there are 142 employees and 108 trucks. The company is growing and expanding, hiring new plumbers and moving into the HVAC industry.
